About Rachelle
Rachelle Patterson’s journey into musculoskeletal health began in 2017 when she started as a sports massage therapist at a chiropractic clinic in London. Working closely with busy professionals experiencing work-related aches and pains and sports injuries, she quickly developed a passion for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and optimising movement.
Determined to deepen her expertise, Rachelle pursued a Master’s in Osteopathy, which allowed her to combine hands-on treatment with advanced clinical knowledge. Today, she specialises in stretch therapy, osteopathic techniques, and movement-based rehabilitation to help her clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and long-term physical health. Committed to continuous learning, she is completing another postgraduate degree in a health-related field, further expanding her approach to evidence-based care.
Beyond her clinical work, Rachelle is passionate about integrating health with technology to track, measure and support long-term health. She believes that by combining cutting-edge techniques with personalised treatment plans, clients can achieve lasting improvements and overall physical resilience.
When she’s not working with clients in Marylebone, Rachelle enjoys staying active through yoga, gym work, and, more recently, calisthenics—a discipline that aligns perfectly with her beliefs in body control, mobility, and functional strength.
