AGREEMENT TO T&CS

Before making a booking with Stretch & Movement at www.stretchandmovement.com, it's necessary to comprehend and agree to the terms and conditions.


TREATMENTS

Before proceeding with any treatment, confirming with other medical professionals that Musculoskeletal healthcare is recommended is essential. This will be further discussed during the consultation phase, which is up to 10 minutes of the total treatment time. If you experience pain during your session, you agree to notify your practitioner immediately to make appropriate adjustments to your comfort level.


MEMBERSHIPS  

The 3 membership options are basic, standard, and premium.

Memberships are an initial 3-month commitment, followed by a month-to-month commitment. We require 7 days’ notice (in writing to contact@stretchandmovement.com or on WhatsApp to +44 7949220944) before the next payment cycle start date to cancel.

Any sessions not used before the next payment cycle will be forfeited and cannot be extended on the basic and standard plan; for the premium plan, you can carry forward up to 1 unused session to the next month.

You are permitted to freeze the membership following the initial 3-month commitment period, for a maximum of 3 months within a 12-month period of your membership; this period will reset every 12 months of your payment cycle.

You have a 14-day right to cancel your membership, starting from the day you purchase the membership. If the membership is cancelled within the first 14 days, you will be charged the full price for any sessions that have been booked within this time, currently £100 for a stretch session, £120 for an osteo session, each at 50 minutes, and £65 for 25 minutes session and £70 for an osteo session, plus a £35 administration fee. Subject to Change.

If you miss a scheduled autopay, we require that you make payment within 7 days of the missed payment. If payment is not received within this time, we will contact you via email and/or WhatsApp to arrange payment and a surcharge of £20 will be applied. If payment is not made after an additional 4 weeks (28 days), we reserve the right to pass the debt along to a debt collection agency. Any accumulated arrears will then be subject to payment plus any charges that the collection agency may apply. During this period, the contract is not terminated and will continue to accumulate unless contact is made with Stretch & Movement to cancel said contract.

  • Beginners wanting to incorporate stretch therapy into their wellness routine. This starter plan provides an affordable and effective way to prioritise flexibility and mobility with professional guidance and ongoing support.

    Price:

    • £199/month

    Plan Features:

    • 2 one-on-one assisted stretch sessions per month (50 minutes each).

    • Personalised Stretch plan designed to maintain flexibility between sessions.

    • Tracking progress with on-going assessments

  • Designed for busy professionals and fitness enthusiasts. This premium subscription offers personalised stretch therapy and wellness benefits to help clients move better, feel better, and thrive.

    Pricing:

    • £390/month

    • Excluding additional sessions

    Features:

    • 4 one-on-one stretch therapy sessions per month (50 minutes each).

    • Tailored sessions targeting flexibility, mobility, and tension relief.

    • Includes a progress assessment during each session to refine and adjust techniques.

    Stretch-at-Home Plan:

    • Receive a bespoke stretch routine to maintain flexibility between sessions.

    Loyalty Bonus:

    • After 12 months of membership, receive a complimentary full-body mobility

  • The Osteo Starter is designed for those who value ongoing osteopathic support and want to establish a routine for better health and mobility.

    Price:

    • £220/month

    Plan Features:

    • 2 personalised osteopathy sessions per month (50 minutes each).

    • Focused on maintenance, pain relief, and overall musculoskeletal health.

    Wellness Resources

    • Access to a digital library of posture correction exercises, ergonomic tips, and self-care advice.

    • Receive a tailored exercise and recovery plan to support ongoing health goals between sessions.

    Ideal for:

    • Individuals managing recurring aches or pains.

    • Clients seeking consistent osteopathic care for injury prevention and recovery.

    • Those wanting to maintain overall musculoskeletal health on a regular basis.

  • Designed for busy professionals and health-conscious individuals, this premium subscription provides top-tier osteopathic care and exclusive wellness benefits.

    Pricing:

    • £400/month

    • Excluding additional sessions

    Plan Features:

    • 4 sessions per month (50 minutes each).

    • Flexible session roll-over policy (unused sessions can be carried forward for up to 2 months).

    Personalized Health and Wellness Programs:

    • Tailored to address individual needs (e.g., injury rehabilitation, stress relief, posture improvement).

    • Monthly Mobility and Posture Assessments

    • Progress tracking with expert feedback and updates to your care plan.

    Wellness Perks:

YOUR APPOINTMENT

Here are some of the things you should be aware of before attending your Stretch & Movement Appointment

  • You should wear comfortable clothing such as gym clothing. Please do not attend your session in tight uncomfortable clothing, in suits or clothing with restricts your movement.

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time, as there are currently no waiting areas available. Or a maximum of 10 minutes if you want to use the shower facilities before your session.

  • Yes. Please leave enough time before the treatment if you’d like to use them.

  • Potentially, although this is subject to availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stretch & Movement practitioners prioritise maintaining the highest professional standards and personal hygiene due to the nature of their services requiring close contact. In light of this, it is respectfully requested that patients/clients also place importance on their own personal hygiene to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment.

  • For a safe and effective collaboration with Stretch & Movement, it is important that you always provide up-to-date and precise health information. This includes any ongoing investigations or health concerns you may have. To facilitate this process, kindly ensure that you always complete our consultations.

    If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, such as a virus, infection, or any other contagious condition, we kindly request that you refrain from attending your scheduled appointment.

    Instead, we encourage you to contact Stretch & Movement immediately via email at contact@stretchandmovement.com or telephone at +447949220944 to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. Please note that our Cancellation Policy may still be applicable in this situation. Your safety and well-being, as well as those of our staff and other clients, remain our top priority.

    It's essential to be aware that in the event that you attend your appointment and the Stretch & Movement team discovers that you are not feeling well (for example, if you have a high temperature), your scheduled session will be ended immediately, and no refund will be given.

  • If your practitioner becomes sick or faces an emergency on the day of your appointment, you can reschedule for free.

SAFETY POLICY

Here are some important things you should note before coming to a Stretch & Movement session with us.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any important details with us regarding health issues, injuries, medication, pregnancy, allergies, skincare issues or any other important details about your health which could affect your treatment with us.

  • If you are feeling unwell on the day or leading up to your appointment then please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Due to the nature of our treatments good hygiene is mandatory.

  • Engaging in inappropriate behaviour including but not limited too illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking and other problematic behaviours such as harassment, abuse and threats. If any of these behaviours occur we will terminate your treatment immediately and no refunds will be provided.

PAYMENTS

Please note that full payment is required when booking and this policy is non-negotiable. For last-minute bookings, you can easily pay for your treatment fees through our website or over the phone. You can also use our contactless card readers in the clinic to make payments for future bookings.

All transactions made with your card through Stretch & Movement are secure and protected with encryption technology provided by Square POS.

  • The prices stated are in GBP and are subject to alteration without prior notice.

  • You may conveniently book a last-minute online appointment up to 90 minutes before your preferred time. As part of the booking process, you must provide payment information to confirm your appointment. Kindly be informed that the entire treatment fee must be paid at the time of booking. You can refer to our ‘book online' page for a comprehensive list of prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, which may cause unexpected delays. Please promptly inform the Stretch & Movement team if any changes occur to the original schedule. This will allow us to make necessary adjustments to ensure a timely and successful outcome.

  • In order to cancel your scheduled appointment, kindly inform us at least 48 hours before the appointment time. In the event of non-compliance, we regret to inform you that no refund will be granted. However, we understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and in such cases, we may be able to reschedule with a minor fee.

    This is a reminder that you have the freedom to cancel your appointment without any charge if you do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • If for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may opt to have a friend or family member attend in your stead. Please note, however, that in order for them to receive the necessary care or services, they will be required to complete a consultation process of their own.

  • Additionally, if you need to reschedule your appointment, it's necessary for you to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please note that even if you make an appointment within the 48-hour period, the policy mentioned above will still apply.

    This is a reminder that you have the freedom to reschedule your appointment without any charge if you do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Even if you're running behind schedule, we can still fit you in for your appointment. However, we'll have to conclude the session at the originally scheduled time.

  • You can request a refund for your scheduled appointment if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. However, refunds will not be granted after this time. Additionally, any work completed or services provided under this contract are not eligible for refunds.

REFUND POLICY

If you want a refund for your appointment with us then you need to cancel or request a refund at least 48 hours before your appointment. Refunds are only offered outside of the 48 hour window.


RESCHEDULE POLICY

You can reschedule for free outside of the 48 hour period. If you book within the 48 hour period but would like to reschedule please call Stretch & Movement immediately.


PROHIBITED USE

Engaging in any of the following actions is strictly prohibited when using Our Site or Services:

  • It is unacceptable to participate in or promote criminal or illegal activities or violate Our Terms by misusing the Services for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

  • It is strictly forbidden to engage in any form of inappropriate behaviour towards Stretch & Movement staff and other individuals in the building. This includes but is not limited to making illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, making sexual advances, using drugs, smoking (including vape), alcohol consumption, physical or psychological abuse, harassment, threats, or any other form of inappropriate conduct.

  • Do not try to introduce viruses or harmful code, files, or programs that can interrupt or limit the functionality of the Services or damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

    • Do not restrict or inhibit any other user from accessing or using the services.

    • Do not violate the privacy, property, or civil rights of any individual.

    • Do not collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent

When you choose to utilise our Services, it is vital to understand and accept Our Terms. In the event of any infringement of these terms, your access to the Services may be terminated or suspended. Be aware that we take all suspicious behaviour seriously and may report it to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, which includes but is not limited to the activities listed above.
